Multichurch Pastoring and the Family?

With this growing need for the Word of God, and the alarming amount of sin in our church's, why aren't the Adventist producing more Pastors, to keep up with the growth of new congregations? Is it finacial? Is it spiritual? Is it criticism Pastors face from the congregation? Are we just not putting enough effort in higher education towards Pastorial leadership? What can we do now to kind of help the church produce more leaders with its rapid congregational growth?

Pastor Arrington mentioned an article in "Ministry, International Journal for Pastors," on "Multichurch Pastoring and the Family." After reading the article myself, I found that it was very compelling to see that some Pastors now have even more than THREE church's to Pastor. Hucks, Assistant editor of the magazine on what he thinks we can do, before I write my response. I know some of you guys are fasting from the internet(I was too, for a week), So this will remain on the BLOG. Feel free to respond at a later date.

Demarrco: I'd like to read this article...would you mind providing me with the link? Sorry if you already have done so. Also, after I read the article, I'm sure I'd have a comment (or 2, or 3-you know me, right?!). Thanks for your interesting emails and comments.-Robin Clark
